SeasonShare is a seasonal ownership option at The Owls at North Hill.

These spectacular, mountainside luxury homes offer 12 or 13 weeks of vacation ownership. We offer rental income opportunities during the weeks you're not using your vacation home.

Our current owners tell us that SeasonShare is a perfect lifestyle choice for them. Most importantly, they treasure the quality time they have with their own families, and, since they can't always schedule their time away in advance, they need a vacation program that helps them devote time to their families by being hassle-free, convenient and flexible.

Each owner has a separate deeded interest in the property and the use of weeks as follows. Specific dates vary slightly year to year due to calendar shifts.

Example: 2019, 2021, etc.		 12 weeks including:
10 weeks from late July through the end of Sep., and 2 weeks in mid Nov.		 13 weeks including:
6 weeks from late Jan. through early Mar., 3 weeks in Apr., 2 weeks in early Jun., and two weeks in early Nov.
